Return & Refund Policy — Digital Products

At Lunar Virtual Spaces, we offer digital products. Due to the intangible nature of these items, our return and refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once your purchase has been confirmed and the digital product (file, download link, or online access) has been delivered or downloaded, we generally cannot offer refunds, except in the following cases:

• The product could not be downloaded or accessed properly.
• The file is corrupted, unusable, or does not match its description.
• A billing error or duplicate payment occurred.

How to Request a Refund

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at:

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription period, but your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
